Delhi, the capital of India, is the one that suffered most from the coronavirus attack. The reasons are many. The first one is that Delhi is one of those areas that suffer from air pollution. The levels of pollution in the capital of India are so high that one may have a problem while going outdoors in winters. Air-borne diseases are at high, and this is what is happening in the case of the coronavirus. This virus attacks the respiratory system, making it difficult for patients to breathe. The present covid 19 situation in Delhi is at worst. However, we can hope for a positive outcome from vaccination against this disease. 


Many people are asking "Is Delhi about to crumble?" If we look at the air pollution in Delhi, it can definitely make situations even more worsening. The atmosphere of Delhi is full of smog and PM that comes from states like Punjab, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh. Farmers from these states burn the leftovers that add poison to the atmosphere in the capital of India. Talking about the government of Delhi, fines were charged earlier on people who were not wearing masks. More space is being allotted for the corona patients in the hospitals. Everyone is waiting for the vaccination process to deal with corona situation. Still, we can control the spread of the virus by maintaining social distancing and sanitization. Both of these measures are essential on our way to defeat this virus.
