How would you define the real meaning of beauty?


There are many ways to stay motivated and yet we tend to think about things that hurt us the most to think about. The National Health of Mental health estimates that 16 million adults in the United States had at least one major episode of depression in 2015. So what does this statement conclude about the lifestyle we are leading? It clearly states that people tend to look up to each other with a feeling of envy. When you start to envy people you would want to become you forget the real meaning of beauty. You want to achieve that height of success at any cost not because you have an idol but because you like the fame and the popularity they receive. True beauty is staying true to yourself and set a realistic benchmark for yourself. Setting realistic aims would help you to grow and break boundaries of limits to achieve success in a positive way.
