UK-Based ASA To Raise Alertness On Crypto Campaigns

The United Kingdom-based ad watchdog ASA is not convinced with the way cryptocurrency campaigns are carried out. According to the Advertising Standards Authority, it will take stricter steps in curbing the crypto promotion advertisements that are misleading.

Referring to it, if there is any advertisement that does not fall under the issued regulatory standards will not be allowed. An official at the ASA had further cleared that this matter will be taken on a serious note. Problems identified will be cracked down immediately. ASA has marked the crypto ad campaigns with a red alert and will deal with this issue on priority.

This ad agency watchdog would be raising the inspection on all the advertisements that are related to cryptocurrency promotion. But now this advertisement watchdog would also be monitoring the activities of marketing even on social media platforms.
